How will we meet?
We will meet virtually via a HIPAA-compliant software to ensure confidentiality. It is important that you are in a private space. Video sessions offer greater flexibility for scheduling and can allow us to meet at a convenient time that otherwise might not work.

Do you accept my insurance?
I currently accept Wellfleet (previously Consolidated Health Plans). You will be responsible for paying the co-pay at the end of each session, which can vary based on your specific plan. If you have a different insurance, you are responsible for paying the full session fee at the end of each session. I can provide you with monthly documentation (Superbill) to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. I'm happy to discuss this in detail and assist in the process.

How long are sessions, and how frequently do we meet?
Session length ranges from 45-60 minutes. Most often, we meet every week at the same day and time. In some cases, we may meet more or less frequently.

How long will we work together?
Therapy can vary in terms of length of treatment. Some individuals want to work together for several years, while others are looking for something shorter-term, like a few months. This also depends on what we are working on. Many people report improvement within 3-6 months of starting treatment.
